I took Azi on the western Maine scenic tour; the same tour I did for Gabriele. First, we picked up Italian Sandwiches at a shop near our home in Rumford. The Height of Land is a scenic turnoff on the road heading to Rangeley. There's a chain of lakes that are very popular with tourists and Mainers alike.
